ABOUT ME
My name is Shi Zhang, but most people call me Simon. I am a senior architecture student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
My hometown is in Suzhou, a city combined modern and traditional architecture in China. As one of the most inhabitable cities in China, Suzhou also put lots of effort in improving living environment and developing housing units that exist with nature harmoniously.
My first 19 years were spent in China. In 2013, I went to the United States for college. Due to the influence of my father, who is an architect, I am obsessed with creating things and portraiting things in daily life via sketch, digital modeling as well as physical models.
