Cultural Cross is the symbol of its abstract form. Through projecting the cultural cross on the site, four main program spaces were divided. The central cross becomes public circulation area, which ensures everyone will get access to this cultural and commercial complex.

 

Based on the division, the performing art center receives its logic via four core systems. Each program has a
continuous core system as structure core. Their location took considerations of urban analysis and weather
research in order to offer vistors best esperience during the entire year.

 

Overall, those four part funtion as gears, which are bound together by people’s activities. In the center, a central staircase also provides visitors with natural light from skylights.
